The relaxation would be only for a period of two to three years, not more. ●  Educational Qualification:

 The candidate is required to be a graduate, in good standing. They would have graduated with any degree and can apply for the post, as long as they meet the required age criteria.

While all candidates are required to have graduated, with good standing from a recognized university, there would be some relaxation for SC/ST candidates. They are required to attain at least 50% marks by the time they graduate. They must also be adept at handling computer peripherals and must be knowledgeable about word processing.

It needs to say that candidates can apply provisionally, while they are in their final semester. They can produce the aggregate marks, of the last semester instead of their official marks when applying for the RBI post.
